Warranty and Care Information

Artificial Turf Maintenance

General Maintenance

Rebrushing your artificial turf with a push broom is recommended once a month (if used often).

Replenishing of your infill is needed every 5 years (if used often) This does not apply to front yards unless used.

Please contact your turf professionals for any replenishing services.

Keep away any hot tools/materials from your artificial turf to include window glares from windows. We advise on contacting a window film professional before applying any material on your windows.

Weeds

Minimal weeds are normal. Weeds can be easily treated with your choice of Glyphosate (Weed Killer). Please note that weeds are heavy strains and will even grow out of hardscape such as concrete or pavers. We recommend contacting your local professional if you do encounter any serious issues.

Feel free to reach out to our support department for more info.

Pet Care

With pets, comes pet waste.

It is important to remove solid waste promptly.

Any lingering odors or anything clinging to the surface can be easily cleaned with your choice of Enzyme. It is recommended to always use an enzyme when washing down areas of your turf (not just water alone).

We recommend using a spray bottle to clean up most areas.

Depending on the amount of dogs and size; your Zeodorizer must be replenished every 2-4 years.

Professional cleaning services are available and are recommended at least every 6 months.

Please allow sufficient time for your turf to dry. Overwatering can cause lingering odors and/or weed issues to continue or get worse.

Paver and Concrete Care

Your pavers may require more attention the more you use it. In an area that is used constantly; you will need to replenish the joint sand every 3-4 years. If sealed, you will need to reseal every 2-3 years.

Minimal weeds are normal. Weeds can be easily treated with your choice of Glyphosate (Weed Killer). Please note that weeds are heavy strains and will even grow out of hardscape such as concrete or pavers. We recommend contacting your local professional if you do encounter any serious issues.

Please keep any hard grease away from the pavers. Power washing is not recommended unless replenishing the joint sand. Please reach out to your rep for more information or if you have any questions or concerns.

Joint sand may linger in some areas for several weeks after initial installation; a blower is recommended to catch any loose sand.
